How to Know If You're Ready for AI Automation

You don't need to be at a certain size or revenue level to be ready. The question is simpler: do you have a repeating problem that costs you money?

Signs you're ready:

You're regularly missing calls or slow to respond to inquiries. If leads are reaching you and not hearing back quickly, you're ready for automation.

You have happy clients but almost no reviews. You're probably not asking at the right time or in the right way. This is fixable in a week.

You're spending time on the same repetitive communications. Appointment reminders, confirmation texts, follow-up calls for quotes that haven't been accepted. If it happens more than 10 times a week, it can be automated.

You've hired or considered hiring someone specifically for admin and phone coverage. If the workflow is mature enough that you're thinking about a hire, it's mature enough to automate.

Signs you're not quite ready:

You don't have a consistent service offering yet. If what you offer changes frequently, or your pricing isn't stable, automation will be out of date before it's useful.

You're getting very few inquiries. If the problem is demand, automation doesn't fix that. You need marketing or a better value proposition first.

You haven't mapped your current process. Automation replicates and speeds up whatever you're doing now. If what you're doing now is inconsistent, the automation will be inconsistent at scale.

The fastest way to know: talk through what a typical week looks like with an advisor. It becomes clear quickly whether automation would help and where.
