Land wholesaling · Lead automation (delivered 2026)
FST Property Group buys and sells property in Florida. Their whole acquisition side runs on a system we built. It finds the buyers, finds the sellers, texts every lead, answers in English or Spanish, pairs deals together every afternoon, and sends out the contract when both sides line up. The people at FST review deals. The system does everything else. FST wound down as a business in July 2026; shown here as delivered, completed work.
Reformer Pilates · Mid-City Los Angeles
Pilates With Ashlee is a private one-room reformer studio in Mid-City LA, 13 years running, 5.0 stars across 56 Google reviews. Booking used to mean texting back and forth to find a time. We built a scheduler that reads her real calendar and only shows what's actually open, with a direct-message fallback for anyone who'd rather just text her.
FST Property Group is shown as completed, delivered work (the business wound down in July 2026). The 50,000+/mo figure is built capacity, not a live rate; the rest are measured counts.
