These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Freedman Systems, including AI automation, software consulting, and SMS messaging programs operated on behalf of our clients. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Freedman Systems provides AI-powered automation services to businesses including review request SMS campaigns, chatbot deployments, and workflow automation. Services are provided on a client-by-client basis per written agreement.
SMS program terms
Freedman Systems operates SMS messaging programs on behalf of client businesses. The following applies to all SMS communications:
- Program: Freedman Systems Client Messaging
- Description: Appointment follow-ups and review requests sent on behalf of dental and medical practices
- Frequency: Typically 1–2 messages per appointment or interaction
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.

Client obligations
Clients engaging Freedman Systems for SMS campaigns are responsible for ensuring proper consent has been obtained from recipients, providing accurate contact information, and complying with applicable laws including TCPA and CAN-SPAM.
Limitation of liability
Freedman Systems provides services “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid for services in the prior 30 days.
Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in Los Angeles County, California.
